Processing time for your payment to clear into the Lace Maven bank account takes 48 hours . Soon as your payment is cleared your order will then be processed. Our standard delivery time frame is 3-5 working days . Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and you will be able to track your order on our website. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the contact number & delivery address is 100% correct before we book the package in for delivery. For customers residing outside South Africa, you are liable for any customs/clearance fee required by your local government.
