Terms of service

Lace Maven will not be responsible for lost items. Once we deliver items to the carrier , the ownership transfers from us to the customer. We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing shipping updates. As the tracking number will be provided via email as soon as the shipment is booked . Shipping carrier would need to be contacted for shipping updates or you can track your package on our website.

Lace Maven is not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to make changes before shipping. Once the order is shipped we cannot make changes. If the order is returned to the sender we are not obligated to resend items back out. Items will be added back into inventory . 

Lace Maven does NOT take any liability for any allergic reactions , as the ingredient list is made available in the description box of each product . By purchasing you acknowledge that you have read , understood & accepted the store policies.
